Last night my Aunt Mary called and said she had a picture of Grandpa Lott that someone gave to her. She wanted to know if I could make copies for other family members. I scanned it in and fixed the scratches. It is priceless. It is him in his new WHEELS! I had lots
of fun playing with this. I made this page so everyone could print it off and frame it if they want to. Grandpa always held his arm across his body, and hooked his finger on his nose. I do that!
This is Grandpa and Grandma Lott. Grandma died when I was 5. I remember going and being lifted up on her bed so I could talk to her before she died. She was in the room that would later become my bedroom growing up.
This is Grandma Lott. I have never seen this picture. I love it. She is so beautiful and I think my Uncle Ray looks so much like her. He passed away several years ago.
This is Grandma and her big sis, Vera. I love their dresses.
And, again, Grandpa in his buggy. I had so much fun doing this. What a privilege.

Those pictures of your grandparents are truly treasures. What an honor to be the one to make copies for everyone in the family. Preserving history is SO important. You have a great talent! I don't see any scratches in the photo at all. And yes, your grandma and her sister are sure little cuties. Little girls were such little girls back then and little boys were little boys. Princesses and gentlemen. I just LOVE that era.

Thanks for the pictures. I had all but the one in the carriage. It is priceless. Can't wait for Mom to see it. Thanks. It is so frustrating to have worked sooooo hard and lose your info on the computer. I had typed a 60 page history last summer for our reunion one of 200 and lost it. I had a complete melt down and walked away from my computer for a whole day. So----I feel your pain.
