Awhile back I posted a Pay it Forward Post. The first 3 people that post a comment get a wonderful gift from me. I was one of the 3 that commented on Chelsi's blog. Anyway....I thought about what I wanted to make for a long time. I wanted it to be perfect. I wanted it to be MY idea. Something I designed and thought up all by my lil ole self. Well when I finally came up with the idea, I couldn't stand it. I was SOOOOOOO excited. I have them all done and delivered. I don't know if Lynn has received it yet, but I mailed it last Tuesday.
When I watched conference, my favorite talk was President Monsons about the woman that had to leave her home and take her children on a 1000 mile trek. She buried her children along the way with a Tablespoon. It gave me courage to accept my trials and have faith.
I typed up the story and went to the DI and found the spoons. I went and got a shadow box and some paper. This is what I came up with.
Love it?Chris helped Stacy move, and it was a blessing because I had the stomach flu that day. She was a life saver!!!!!!!! She is a good friend of Stacy's and like a daughter to me. She posted a post about it, you can see it here.
It was a blast. I think they turned out so stinkin cute. I am making one for me. I also made one for the Walkers. They are so good to watch my dog though all of this stuff in our lives and they have had their own trials. Love them!!!!!!
I think this is as contagious as the swine flu!!!! (read the next Post) :)
